At Truck ECM, we have a detailed process that helps us get your CPC4 (Common Powertrain Controller) repaired fast and with 100% success.

We start by diagnosing your unit and finding out if the unit is defective or not. In the case where the CPC is not working properly, we proceed by cleaning and inspecting the outer core for any cracks or holes. We then open the unit and diagnose the internal components. Then we replace any electronic components that are not functioning properly or are about to fail. The CPC is then tested for a 100% quality pass. Next, the programming is analyzed and the unit is programmed if needed. The unit is finally reassembled and returned to the customer. All this within 1 to 2 days.
